Australian-based trainer, facilitator and auditor for organic, ethical and environmental standards. Kathe is a slow food practitioner growing her own food in a sustainable urban farming system.

She has twenty years plus training and experience in the organic industry.

Over the last eighteen months Kathe has been working in her own suburban garden, creating an organic system with variety and diversity.
